Construction characteristics
The frame is manufactured from UNI 9006/1 – 6060 ASTM Anticorodal Aluminium profiles with “non slip” surface profiling and
are connected with corner pieces in fibreglass reinforced nylon.
The sandwich type panels are constructed with galvanised, prepainted sheet steel on the outside and galvanised sheet steel on
the inside and a filling of expanded high density polyurethane
foam (40 kg/m³) as insulating material. – Class of reaction to fire
1 – UNI 9177.
The panel surface is manufactured with a special shaping, which
in coupling with the profile creates a single flush surface, improving the air-handling efficiency haracteristics and making cleaning and maintenance operations far easier and saferInspection
doors are supplied with handles to allow easy access to all unit
components.
Fan section
The fans are of the centrifugal type with free impeller with reversed blades and electronically-controlled EC motors.
All impellers are made from composite material and are statically and dynamically balanced.
The suction nozzle is made from galvanised steel and is equipped with a pressure socket for flow rate measurement instruments. The IE4 efficiency class motors with on-board integrated
electronics allow continuous variation in the flow rate through
0-10 V modulating signals. The fans are chosen by ensuring
optimum performance reduced noise emissions.
Access to all sections of the fan is always protected by Wiremesh safety doors.
The motors comply with IEC – VDE – DIN standards, are CE marked in accordance with the “Low Voltage”standard – No. 73/23/
EEC and have IP55 standard level of protection.
Filter section
The filters are of the undulating type in G4 class – EN779.
Withdrawal from the side.
Heat Exchangers
The coils are of the water type, mounted on rails to allow easy
removal.
The manufacturing materials used are as follows: copper for the
pipes, aluminium for the fins, painted steel for the headers and
the frame is of galvanised steel.
Inside the air handling section there is a condensation pan with
drainage outlet.
