HE-HRU
Roccheggiani’s HE HRU are endowed with a static hexagonal aluminum heat exchanger with efficiencies higher than 90%. These units combine a high comfort level in the occupied space with large energy savings. The HE HRU units intended to be used in civil and commercial applications such as offices, shops and public spaces. The series is available in 5 different models, with a nominal air capacity ranging from 1000 m3/h to 8000 m³/h  with an external static pressure capability of 250 Pa.

Casing
The frame is manufactured from UNI
9006/1
– 6060 ASTM Anticorodal Aluminium with
“non slip” surface profiling and corner
pieces made from fibreglass-reinforced
nylon.
The panels have a sandwich-format structure in galvanised pre-plasticised steel
with expanded high density polyurethane
foam insulation (about 40 kg/m³).
– The UNI 9177 reaction-to-fire classification is Class 1.
Both the internal and external panel surfaces are manufactured with clean lines,
creating a single flush surface with the
aluminium frame profile, improving air
processing performance and making cleaning and maintenance operations easier
and safer.
All the inspection doors are equipped with
handles allowing easy access to all unit
components.

Heat recovery unit
Cross-flow recovery unit with aluminium
plates.
Efficiencies up to 90%, limited pressure losses. Permitted temperature range:
-40°C — +80°C.
Automatic defrosting function through the
by-pass damper.

Fan sections
Centrifugal plug-fans with electronicallycontrolled EC motors (10% – 100% regulation range).
These fans ensure high efficiencies and
low noise emissions.

Filters
Supply air filters: bag-type F7 class filters
(EN 779).
Return air filters: bag-type G4 class filters
(EN 779).
