FAS-FASF tower
This kind of tower is essentially similar to TAS-TASF towers in
that it preserves the modular design.
The peculiarity lies in the tower bodies with several modules,
placed one next to the other to form a single structure on
which large fans are assembled. These are moved by speed
reducers by means of tubular drive shafts with elastic joints.

The lubrication system of the reducers, together with
the vibration switches, increases reliability and facilitates
maintenance.
Access to the walk-over floor, protected by a safety railing
where the access platforms to reach the modules are located,
is possible thanks to a cage staircase. Thanks to this multi-
module system, conceived in line with the “package” philosophy
and compatible with road transport, it is possible to reach
considerable amounts of water to be cooled with performance
up to 15 MW.
This series maintains all the features of the TAS-TASF types.
